ICPS Mission Statement
To provide for informational and educational exchanges on all aspects of carnivorous plants, to support horticultural and scientific studies of carnivorous plants, to encourage the cultivation, conservation, and appreciation of carnivorous plants, and to aid in the propagation and dissemination of carnivorous plants.
ICPS Articles of Incorporation (summary)
The International Carnivorous Plant Society, Inc., is a nonprofit public benefit corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person. It is organized under the California Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law for charitable purposes. The purposes for which this corporation is organized are educational and scientific within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. These purposes include:
- providing educational and informational exchanges on all aspects of carnivorous plants
- supporting horticultural and scientific studies of carnivorous plants
- encouraging the cultivation, conservation, and appreciation of carnivorous plants
- aiding in the propagation and dissemination of carnivorous plants.

ICPS Privacy Policy
The International Carnivorous Plant Society is very concerned about member and visitor privacy. We are an education and information exchange organization. We also support scientific and conservation programs. All of our member benefits are funded by member dues. All of our other activities, including our websites, are funded by sales to members and donations.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise use member or visitor information to fund our activities. Any trackers or potential trackers on our carnivorousplants.org websites are there for the benefit of visitors.
